Character Design: Cube-Face Man

Sketches of Cube-Face Man.

Cube has always been a source of anxiety for me. I am constantly asked by friends and acquaintances when I am going to make a book on him, when I am lost as to how i can approach his character in a proper narrative.

Another source of anxiety is his simple character design. I have a feeling that if i don't create a book soon, someone will create a design akin to Cube and create that book first! So I feel as though I have to make that book soon or someone else will. That seems to be how the intellectual materials business work. If you don't publish your ideas now, eventually someone else will come up with the same idea separately from you and publish it themselves.

Cube is painted with Coffee and Pomegranate Juice.

Character: Shaman

These were drawn around a week ago.

THE character's name is Shaman. Haven't really thought about what he's capable of just yet, but I assume since Shaman is a shaman, he is capable of interceding between the material world and the spiritual world and derive information to diagnose problems through paranormal sources. A common technique for how shamans exactly accomplish this is through a combination of the consumption of DMT-related ethenogens such as Ayahuaska and the utterances of mantras to put themselves into a trance-state. So maybe Shaman might utilize such tools and techniques in his adventures.

He seems like an well-meaning yet inconsiderate fellow. Probably quite irritable as well. I would also imagine he would have the ability to communicate with animals as he would a human being (maybe).
